Where can we download the patches? specifically the KB000038

Hi J.A. Gonzalez,

 

The KB000038 is a cumulative update including all latest fixes and some small improvements only for the v4.10.0.0. 

The download is done automatically in background if the automatic updates are activated in the server settings otherwise you can check them every time you go to the "info" section of the "MenuBar".

I've already checked my Scanshare release on this part of the Panel but, I allways see the same message:

-- first a warning ICON --"Updates in the background process, try again later"

But my release is 4.10.0.0

Hi J.A. Gonzalez,

 

maybe you have some old update failed.

I suggest you close the application, go to the installation root folder and delete the "update.tmp" folder. After that try again the update (MenuBar -> Info) and remember to follow all the steps suggested above in the first post.
