Hello,

Have you ever had this type of message when starting the application?

I checked that the dll was present in the folder and I also replaced it with a file from another valid installation.

I also found this link in the Windows registry.

So I don't understand why C&S can't find this dependency.

Hi Jean-Vincent,

yes we noticed that somehow there was a different installer in our downloads portal and that it is a corrupted one. We replaced it with the correct one so you can fix the issue by uninstall the current version, download again the installer and re-install it. All settings and licenses are retained, the corrupted installer is missing some core files.

So I suggest the following steps:

  1. Uninstall from the MS control panel the actual version;
  2. Remove the remaining C&S folders from ProgramFiles;
  3. Download the latest version again from the portal and please check that by the Digital Signature date inside the installer, the correct one is signed on the 28/4 while the corrupted one is signed on the 30/4;
  4. Double click on the correct installer.

Apologies for the issue, it happened after our testing and an automatic procedure should have been creating the mistaken installer 2 days after the release one was uploaded.

Have a nice afternoon.

Best regards,

Luca
