Hi,

I'm creating workflows to archive documents in Konica Minolta KomiDoc.

The file upload works fine but when I try to put text string where I have lists as metadata in KomiDoc something doesn't work very well. Two scenarios:

1) If the text string does't exist in the list that I'm using it will be added to the list

2) If the text string exists in the list nothing happen, the text string will be ignored and the metada field in KomiDoc empty. I imagine that declaring the same string already present in the list this string will be selected even beacuse I don't have other way to use it.

The workaroud is just to have a free text metadata field in KomiDoc, but I need of these lists.

Thank you so much!

Kind Regards.

Ciao

Roberto

I'm not sure but the problem seems to be on KomiDoc. If I check the metadata via web portal the metadata is empty.

If I open the same document via Android APP the metada is filled correctly.

Ciao Roberto,

No problem for everything.

I think your problem is related to the list that populates the properties ... you took a look at the debug mode logs, maybe you can find an answer to your questions.

However did you try our pick lists to populate list type fields? Maybe you need to check your workflow and for sure you have configured some properties incorrectly also because as I understand it, the file is uploaded to your KomiDoc.

If you still have problems, maybe you can send us your workflow (so we can check which configuration you are using) and more details about your issue by opening a ticket since the forum is public to our support (support@scanshare.com) our team will surely help you.

Enjoy the weekend cool!

Best Regards,

Luca

Thank you so much Luca!

The solution is to use the your pick lists to get the correct ID from KomiDoc of each elements inside my list, like you have suggested.

With using these IDs instead the correspondent text on list, the element is selected correctly.

Best regards

Roberto
