We have a configured workflow that is not returning a variable correctly
There are 5 questions in the workflow, 2 x selecting folders, 2 x creating folders and 1 x a file name.
Client is asked to select a Year folder, a month and then a file name for the document. They can also create a year folder and/or a month folder if required.
The issue comes in when they select the year folder (this works fine) and then go to select a month folder and the result on the screen is the years folder again. This should have displayed the month folders under the initial year folder selected. You can create a year folder and a month folder or you can select a year folder and create a month folder and give the document a file name and it all works.
This client used the Toshiba version of the ScanShare previously and all the workflows operated correctly.
