Description
An unexpected behavior has been found in the 5.09.20 installers during upgrade over an existing v5 version (any version). The generic error message of the screen below is appearing almost at the end of the installation process, when confirming ok the installer will terminate and the previous version has been uninstalled
Resolution
The error is not producing any side issues or loosing of data and the resolution is simply to run again the installer which will complete correctly without any errors and upgrading all existing data and license even the previous version was uninstalled after it.
The next version installers will have the issue solved.
