i have installed scanshare 5.10.20
now my samsung is out ....
in the client panel scanshare i found:
Installation failed: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
help me

Ciao Giulio,
Where do you find this error? which client are you trying to install (Web or SmartUX)? if you are trying with the .par file then it might not be valid anymore also because as you know Samsung no longer has the MFD channel now everything has passed to HP. You can easily ask your dealer ...
However if you are still using a Samsung MFD you can check if it supports SmartUX installation and its Android client is available in the installation folder (there are users who use it with v5).
For specific case like yours we suggest contact your dealer first and then they will contact us (if they haven't already 
).

I can't keep experimenting ! install, unistall, ecc.
i must work !
now i installed version 5.04.20.
