Hi Peter,
I have checked your attachment and the barcode appears to be recognized correctly:
Maybe check your specific barcode settings and also you can check the barcode engine you are using ... you can check\change into RegEdit -> Hkey_LocalMachine -> Software -> YOURAPPLICATIONAME -> BarocdeReaderEngine:
...obviously you will have convert+share and the Engine parameter are: 1 ALL, 2 LD (default), 3 LDN, 4 GD, 5 ZX .
However, we always suggest not to send reports problem on the forum with attachments that may contain personal information and/or sensitive data. You can contact your dealer for the help/specific problem and in case of they will contact our support directly .
