I am trying to access part of the online manual, can someone in Scanshare please fix this broken link.

Hi Tim,

there is no broken links, the link is just not valid, don't know from where you picked up .. probably you tried to make it manual as it seems to be the local URL used inside the application instead.

Just use https://help.scanshare.com/scansharev4, that's all for the online manual.

I am also having issues trying to access the online help. When I try to access the following URL

https://help.scanshare.com/Help_Data/V4/Scanshare/index.html

I get the following error;

404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

However from how you could see from our newsletter and from the last forum post, Scanshare 5 now is available ...for this reason the link of the v4 help&manual has changed:
