Error mail

hello everyone;

I am configuring the smtp and it continually gives me an error. 

The SMTP settings are fine, I've even talked to our service provider to confirm it. I have also tried in other installations to see that it is not due to network issues and it does not work. I have tried with several accounts ( gmail, yahoo, arsys ... ) and nothing ...

Let's see if you can tell me something.

The error message is:

failed to send test email, error message: Socket connection has timed out. InnerException message follows: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

Hi Kender,

 

clearly from the error it doesn't connect and the connection times out.

Have you tried with Implict SSL as well? Perhaps those protocols have a different SSL setting.

 

In case of the other specific error or the same error again please open a support ticket, so that you can provide them with other useful information that it is perhaps not recommended to provide on a forum open to all.

Gracias Luca, Yes I tried with implict SSL , but it gives me the same error....How do i open a ticket please?

Hi Kender,

 

you're welcome, please do this via your reseller or NOC support first, they then if they can't resolve your issues they will contact us directly at our support because in general we are third level of support.
