Can you help me troubleshoot the PC Client option.
Workflows are processed OK. Connection works but no files show up in the logs coming from the PC client

which server and PC client versions are you using? And is this occurring with any files or just big size ones?

Hi Luigi,
Sorry for my late reply. the issue was caused by the firewall on the server. I opend the following ports to resolve the issue (1985 to 1990) as an inbound rule
