I must often import workflows from our custumers, how can i easy delete all the old picklists and the output profiles?

Hi,
in the current version it is not possible, to delete the "old" picklists and the outprofiles you can do it individually checking in the outprofiles section and in the picklists section.
...Or (for more experienced users 
) you can open your db (e.g. settings.dat) and browse data in the "itemlists" table and "outputprofiles" table, e.g. :
After doing this you can check and delete all old/unused output profiles (screen above) or picklists .
Be careful that the eliminated is not connected to any workflow otherwise when you try to open the Application portal you will receive an error.
