How to make a mobile client read PDF, Tiff and JPG files on an Android or IOS device

Sirs, I'm testing the mobile-client connector, but I'm having no success getting the app to read PDF, Tiff and jpg documents.

In fact, the only thing I can do is take a photo of a document or image.

I think I might be missing some settings, because I've watched the video at this link:

and I have not been able to configure the feature in a similar way.

I have several pdf, tiff and jpg files but the app can't find them.

What could be missing?

Hi Flavio,

 

strange, most probably some specific behavior due to specific settings on your mobile.

Maybe we can suggest you try to check the permission inside the device app settings...

 

Just for info for other specific cases we suggest you try to write to our support, for sure they will certainly know how to help you.
