I cannot recognize/extract the text, that has been printed with a dot matrix
Could you help on finding the right settings (using image processing)

Hi Dani,
you can try with the various settings you find in image processing, for example this result:
we obtained using:
- Min filter to 3
- Auto color level
- Intensity Detect
And the result of OCR:
DATE12/07/2021 DEBIT
FACTURE NO 1049166
However it is only a test with your jpeg attached, so for sure with a high quality document the output results can be better.
