When the symbole | is used in filename field of Windows file system module and saved, it is impossible to return in the WFS module to modify it, the website freezes. (Caputre & Store 4.9.0 and 4.9.1)
Example:
When using metadata caracters extraction: %MYVARIABLE('|',1)%

Hi Stéphane,
we have replicated your same issue, it has already been fixed and will be available in the next version.
However, you can try to split the contents in the new variable (you can used for example the Script) before use it in a WFS field.
