every time, when I use my Scanshare Installation with an activated NFR license without internet connection, Scanshare doesn't start and try to proof the serial number. Is there a possibility to do that offline? In this case I cannot connect to the internet.

It's completely possible with regular licenses and even with the NFR: https://help.scanshare.com/home/getting-started/activation/#offline-activation
Although activating an NFR in an environment without an internet connection is strange, especially since it's supposed to be used for internal purposes and to demonstrate all of Scanshare's features to end users 
.
Make sure you always install the latest version (now we are at 5.26.01) and if you have any other problems please write to the support guys they will surely know how to help you.
