Load Balancing installation

Hello,

I am installing the application in load balancing. I am not familiar with clusters. Cluster servers have been installed by the customer IT services. I'm following the documentation in help-appendix-guides-Load Balancing. I will have 2 process clusters. As in the documentation, I will call them CSSERVER01 and CSSERVER02

I've installed capture and store on CSSERVER01, linked to a sql server express DB,  configured the Managing Clusters by changing the root process cluster IP. I am now at step 7 of the documentation.

The documentation says "Repeat step #7 for all process clusters to be deployed". Does this include CSSERVER01? Or should I only add CSSERVER02?

Would you have a more accurate documenattion on load balancing setup?

Hi Frédéric,

Yes step #7 must be repetead for every process cluster you would like to deploy, but no SERVER01 is not part of that. If you check the step #7 is mentioned to be done on SERVER01 actually.

The deployment guide is quite detailed, so we don't have any extra documentation for that. I suppose you may get some confusion because you used the word "CSSERVER01" for both 1st process cluster and main C&S installation server, please follow guide terminology where CSSERVER01 is referring to the main C&S installation, that's why it doesn't have to be included.
