can someone help,
i keep getting the error below when opening the PC Client
'Unable to connect, The ClientSDK connection isnt able to connect to the servers Network Service, please check if its running'
can someone help ?
PC Client version is 4.3.0.0
Server version is 5.10.20

Hi James,
I think that your problem is related to a lack of communication with the server because from how you can read it cannot connect to the Network Service.
For sure this problem is related to your environment, try to check that there is no active firewall and/or antivirus blocking any connections.
