Can someone please advise how to utilise the "Redirect" trigger.
I have a workflow collecting variables that I want to ustilise in the next workflow. I have added a redirect at the end of the first workflow but the files just sit in the incoming folder.... what am I missing?
Does the second workflow need a "Watch Folder" or something different at the start of it?

the use of it is too easy the only requirement is that the selected workflow into Redirect settings needs to have any client capture module inside the configuration (not only the watchfolder).
In fact you will not see the originals passing again "directly" but they will be sent directly to the internal incoming folder... here more info on it.
Note: It is not recommended to use the redirect, if there is a separation in the workflow containing the trigger.
