Hello.

I try to install 5.25.02 on a Ricoh MFP (IM C300) but it doesn't work. Even on a IM C6000. I only get the message "Device information created". What's wrong here? In the client setup I register the machine login (admin/admin). The Port is 1984. Firewall is off. Are there any other things I have to do at the machine or in the Software?

When I try "network search" the software did not find any Ricoh Device.
