Hello.
I try to install 5.25.02 on a Ricoh MFP (IM C300) but it doesn't work. Even on a IM C6000. I only get the message "Device information created". What's wrong here? In the client setup I register the machine login (admin/admin). The Port is 1984. Firewall is off. Are there any other things I have to do at the machine or in the Software?
When I try "network search" the software did not find any Ricoh Device.

Hi Philipp,
the latest&modern Ricoh client installs as an app directly on the MFP without pushing anything from server side.
You can find the latest SmartSDK application package directly at server side and into download portal into providers folder.
