Scan to Leap

 Hi all,

we have an issue where our documents are not being delivered into the Leap software, we are able to interogate the matter numbers ok but the document doesnt appear in Leap.

oauth token checked and refreshed

we have the same issue with 2 Leap systems - both working ok until last week

Any one else having issues ?

Has there been any update on this issue as I am experiencing the same issue with TOSHIBA's CSS. Worked fine until the customer told us that LEAP apparently did a backend update, and has not worked since.
