Hi, I’m adding a new Scanshare client but it won’t connect to the server. The client shows up, but the status stays offline. I’ve entered the IP and port, but it still doesn’t register. Is there a specific setting I need to enable on the server side for new clients?

Hi Rich,
Are you sure the MFP client can contact the Scanshare server? Then check the network logs and see if there are any client-to-server interactions.
