Hello, i have problems with v5.21.03 an Toshiba Client.

by creating a new client:
Installation failed: GetDeviceInfo:: An exception occurred while getting information from the device, message: An error occurred while making the HTTP request to https://192.168.1.17:49629/. This could be due to the fact that the server certificate is not configured properly with HTTP.SYS in the HTTPS case. This could also be caused by a mismatch of the security binding between the client and the server.

by scanning:

You have a invalied combination of scan settings - pleasee correct this and try again.

any idea

Hi Jorg,

the error means that the device doesn't have the ODCA interface listening on the selected binding, most probably it is a wrong configuration because 49629 is the default not SSL port while the request is done in SSL.

Default SSL port is 49630 and there is a specific setting to customize both SSL and not SSL used by the ODCA communication inside the Toshiba server settings where you can fix the correct SSL port (or disable SSL).

Please check as well if the SSL ODCA is enabled on the device otherwise also the port change would result in the same error, often the SSL endpoint is disabled.
