automatic update

I have installed v4.9.0.

In the info page i read: Background updates in progress, please try again later.

After three days this message is still present .....

Is there any problem ?

Hi Giulio,

 

there are no other updates in version v4.9.0.0:

...Maybe the application was checking for updates and something was not successful (the session has expired or ultidev has restarted).

However, you can remove manually the update.tmp folder that is created at the start of checking updates and removed at the end if there are no updates to do as in your case: 

...after doing this you will not find that message again.

 

For some specific cases (like this) instead of using our forum, I suggest you open a ticket to our support innocent.
