hi,

i have a HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M577dn.

how do i install the scan client?

in the new client dialog  in the type list there is no HP ....

Hi Giulio,

 

The client should be installed automatically by the server.

If you do not find it on the client list...I think it's a licensing problem, can you use the simulator? what license are you using official or factory trial?

ok it's normal but in the new v4.9.1.0 version it's also available with the trial licenses cool.
