Docs with 600 pages do not work

V 4.10.0.0 4bit

My Problem: Error creating PDF and missing one Page

Document scanned by MFP – 300 Papers – double sided

After restarting the server:

new scan with 10 pages - ok
same workflow a new scan with 600 pages, the tiff-files are in ToshibaMFP\Scans_Temp
and in the Log File nothing happens.
Then the tiff-files disappears and nothing happened.
