Is it possible to create sub-levels from the chosen selections?
For example, if I select the RH document type, new questions could appear referring to the RH department:

Hi Flavio,
even if I think our support has already helped you
If you're talking about folders for example, we have our question selected with tree: https://help.scanshare.com/home/questions/question-selected-with-tree/
Otherwise if your list is a static list or some simple list of element maybe that get from script or something like this you can't do it directly but you can arrive at your solution using conditional questions, that the Web Client support it:
the logic of the above screen is just like your previous example e.g.: If the Varialble is Equal to "RH" show the question that exist the condition.
Attached a sample workflow and just for be sure a sample video to show you the steps on web client side.
Have a nice start of week!
Best regards,
Luca
Hi Lucas, I was actually looking to use this feature on board.
Studying I managed to do something very cool in the Konica simulator, but I found that there are limitations for the HP embedded.
However, if you can guide me, note in this gif that when I condition a list and select an item, the field for typing appears below. That's great:
[REDACTED LINK]
But note that the list below this typed item already appears below.
The correct thing to do would be for the list below to appear only when I enter data in the input field.
Is there any way to do that?
Another point I have a question about is: how do I set a mask in the input field to only accept specific data such as a number or a pattern in the format: xxx.xxx-xx
Thank you.
Hi Flavio,
what you are mentioning it is the Conditional question feature which is available for Konica Minolta and Toshiba, this is currently not yet available for HP.
About the field mask you can use the RegExp feature of the Typed question settings: https://help.scanshare.com/home/questions/question-typed/.
