Is it possible to create sub-levels from the chosen selections?
For example, if I select the RH document type, new questions could appear referring to the RH department:
Is this possible?
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CREATE SUB-QUESTIONS?

If you're talking about folders for example, we have our question selected with tree: https://help.scanshare.com/home/questions/question-selected-with-tree/
Otherwise if your list is a static list or some simple list of element maybe that get from script or something like this you can't do it directly but you can arrive at your solution using conditional questions, that the Web Client support it:
the logic of the above screen is just like your previous example e.g.: If the Varialble is Equal to "RH" show the question that exist the condition.
