Is there a list of Ricoh devices that are compatible with Sscan share?

currently trying to install to an MPC 2003 but not having much success.

ideally need to install onto MPC 2004 and 2004ex and MPC 307

Scan Share version is 4.10.0.0 64bit

Hi James,

below the list of supported Ricoh platforms at the moment:

devices equipped with SDK 1.x, 2.x, 4.x, 5.x, 6.x, 7.x, 10.x (except devices with 4 line LCD display)

The ones you listed are quite recent devices and equipped with newer SDK version. They will be supported once our client will be updated with the latest SDK versions.

Is there a timescale for the support of later SDK versions ?

we have a potential 13 client deal that is dependant on it. the customers MFD fleet are later ricoh devices '04 range machines running SDK version 12

yes the client update is already scheduled in the road map.
