Hi Andre,
...or for more technicians as you can see from the installation logs there is a check inside some registry keys ... :
something in your system is set up that does not depend on our Application because during the installation we only run a script to check if there is something hanging on the server. I suggest you check if existing these 3 registry keys:
- HKLM:\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing\RebootPending
- HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto Update\RebootRequired
- HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager in this case please check if the property "PendingFileRenameOperations" and if it exists, what's inside it...
...If the first two didn’t exist and if in HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager that has something pending, if you delete the file in it you will see that everything should work.
However from the last internal version v4.10.0.7 we added the choice by the user to continue the installation with the server reboot at the end (if needed). So in case of we suggest you install it .
Have a nice day!
