Hi,

is there a possibility to set the compression factor for the jpg format ?

Hi Giulio,

at the moment only for the tiff format.

Are you searching for a specific jpg format?

Hi Giulio,

 

just wanted to let you know that the new v4.9.1 coming out this week has the new JP2 and JPX output formats, if that was the interest of the question.

unfortunately jpx formats are not supported by my application.

the image jpg produced by scanshare is 1200Kb ( 2418x3508, 8bits quality 97 subsampling OFF, grayscale)

if open this image with irfanview and next save a new image the reslt is: 462kb, 8bits quality 60 subsampling OFF, grayscale)

 at this point it would be useful to have the quality parameter

Hi Giulio,

a JPEG quality parameter will be inserted in the next 4.9.2 version planned around mid of November.
