Hello, I have a problem with the web client on a bizhub C258. The web client can be started and you can see the workflows, however, if the user presses Start, the button goes from blue to orange and directly back and does not start the scan. With the native client you can start the workflow. Does anyone have an idea?

Hello Luca, We have found the error. During the automatic update he loads the KB000038 patch but can not install it. After carrying out the documentnavigator_4.10_kb000038_x64 the webclient is running again. The customer did not get any info in the dashboard about the new patch. Thank you
oh wow ok, perhaps the user had not read the note:
the patch installer cannot detect the platform automatically. Please navigate to the application root installation and double click on the KB000038.exe patch for your platform, x86 or x64. In case the wrong platform is installed and the application brakes it is simply necessary to run the correct one over on top to fix automatically the complete installation.
